Inphi Announces Immediate Production Availability of Industry's First 45GBaud Linear Coherent Product Family at OFC 2016

Enabling 400Gbps Coherent Transmission for Long Haul, Metro and Data Center Interconnect Applications

SANTA CLARA, CA--(Marketwired - Mar 23, 2016) - Inphi Corporation (NYSE: IPHI), a leading provider of high-speed connectivity solutions, today announced production availability of its new 45GBaud Linear Coherent Product Family, the industry's first linear ICs enabling 400G coherent solutions for next-generation long haul, metro, and data center applications. The Driver and TIA product family comprises of Inphi's IN4514SZ, a high-performance octal linear differential to single-ended Mach-Zehnder Modulator Driver, and Inphi's IN4550TA, a quad linear TIA/VGA Amplifier. Inphi's 45GBaud Linear Coherent Product Family will be showcased at Inphi's OFC 2016 booth #3611 in Anaheim Convention Center, March 22-24, 2016.

Inphi's IN4550TA is industry's first production 45Gbaud quad linear TIA/VGA amplifier with both analog and digital interfaces supporting new generation of 400G dual carrier dual polarization Integrated Coherent Receivers (ICR). Inphi's IN4514SZ is the industry's first production high bandwidth octal linear driver for dual carrier 400G coherent networks. The G3PO connector is designed to couple to dual carrier MZ modulators, and the digital interface provides single interface for managing and monitoring all channels. Together, these parts provide a complete solution for the higher bandwidth and high modulation formats of next-generation networks.
